Christopher Boom

PhD Student, Tulane University

Christopher Boom is a PhD student in philosophy at Tulane University. His research focuses primarily on the rule of law, human rights, general jurisprudence, and applied issues in immigration law, constitutional law, and international law. He earned his J.D. and an LL.M. in transnational law, with distinction, from Temple University and his BA in philosophy from Loyola University New Orleans. Christopher was a Mercatus Center Adam Smith fellow during the 2016-2017 academic year.
