Chevano Baker is a PhD student in management at the University of Bristol. His research interests focus on the political economy of fintech innovation, financial inclusion, and financial stability, with a particular emphasis on fintech innovation in emerging markets and developing countries. Chevano earned an MPP in public policy and MSc in economics for development from the University of Oxford, an MSc in financial economics from the University of Birmingham, and a BSc in actuarial science from The University of the West Indies.
