Chelsea Gray

Chelsea Gray is a PhD student in environmental science & public policy at George Mason University. Her research interests include the interrelationship between tourism and conservation efforts surrounding charismatic megafauna, with a particular focus on applications of computer modeling to community-led wildlife tourism management of basking sharks in northern Ireland. Chelsea earned an MS in environmental science & policy from George Mason University, and a BS in biology from the University of Mary Washington. She was a Mercatus Center Don Lavoie fellow during the spring 2021 semester.
