Cezary Gwarnicki

Data Analyst Programmer, Chicago Association for Research and Education in Science

Cezary Gwarnicki is a data analyst programmer at the Chicago Association for Research and Education in Science.  Formerly, he was a PhD student in economics at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where he concentrated in international trade and monetary policy, public finance, and health. Additionally, he was a research assistant at the Institute for Health Research and Policy in Chicago. He was a Mercatus Center Adam Smith fellow during the 2013-2014 academic year. He earned an MA in economics and BS in economics from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
