Casey Pender is a PhD student in economics at Carleton University. His research interests include using studies at the intersection of complexity studies and macroeconomics to analyze the money supply from a network science perspective. Casey earned an MA in philosophy, politics and economics from the Cevro Institute and a BA in philosophy from Carleton University. He was a Mercatus Center Adam Smith fellow during the 2018-2019 academic year.
