Caitlin McLean

Caitlin McLean is a workforce research specialist at the Center for the Study of Child Care Employment at the Institute for Research on Labor and Employment. She earned her PhD in social policy at the University of Edinburgh, where she conducted research on childcare markets and policy in the US and UK. Previously, she was an Alisa McKay postdoctoral fellow in Economics at Glasgow Caledonian University. Caitlin was a Mercatus Center Adam Smith fellow during the 2013-2014 academic year.
