Brian Wheaton is a PhD student in economics at the Harvard University. His research interests include topics in law and economics, economic history, economic sociology, state & local policy, and public finance. Brian earned a BA in economics from University of California, Berkeley and an AA in economics from College of Marin. He was a Mercatus Center Oskar Morgenstern fellow during the 2019-2020 academic year.
