Brevin Anderson is an MA student in international affairs at The George Washington University. His research interests include the comparative political economy of sub-Saharan Africa and Southeast Asia, with emphasis on the institutional histories of nations within these regions, their relationships with foreign governments, and the prospects for external policy interventions to have positive effects on their ongoing development. Brevin earned a BA in political science from Seattle Pacific University. He was a Mercatus Center Don Lavoie fellow during the spring 2021 semester.
