Blake Hoarty

MA Fellow

Blake Hoarty is a second year MA student in the Department of Economics at George Mason University. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BA in public policy and political science. Upon graduating, Blake worked as a Research Assistant at the Cato Institute, where he coauthored a policy analysis titled "Who Participates? An Analysis of School Participation in Two Voucher Programs in the United States." Blake's research interests include econometrics, K-12 education policy, spending/budgetary policy and macroeconomics.
