Andrew Gargano

JD Student, Georgetown University

Andrew Gargano is a JD student at Georgetown University. He earned his BA in interdisciplinary social science and Italian studies at the University of South Florida. Andrew currently works as a law clerk for the District of Columbia. His research interests include the intersection of the regulatory state with constitution and criminal law, law and economics, public policy, regulatory analysis, state and local policy, and drug policy. He was a Mercatus Center Bastiat fellow.
