Alexandra Evans

Alexandra Evans is a postdoctoral fellow at the Clements Center for National Security at the University of Texas at Austin. She earned her PhD student in history at the University of Virginia. She earned an MA in history from the University of Virginia and a BA in history from Vassar College. Alexandra's research interests include the efficacy of limited interventions, the definition of American interest in the Middle East, the challenges of building adaptable national security institutions, behavior economics, environmental and energy policy, institutional analysis, international trade, public choice theory, public policy, and technology policy. She was a Mercatus Center Bastiat fellow.
