Alexander Kanode

Research Associate, Arkansas Center for Research in Economics (ACRE)

Alexander Kanode is a Research Associate at the Arkansas Center for Research in Economics (ACRE) at the University of Central Arkansas. He is an alumnus of the MA Program in the Department of Economics at George Mason University and was also a Mercatus Center MA Fellow. He graduated in May of 2018. Alex graduated from the Western Carolina University with a BS in Sociology, a BA in International Studies, and a minor in Economics. His research interests include international and regional development, cultural factors in economics, and the connection between sociology and economics.
