Alexander Köhler is an MA student in international affairs at Hertie School of Governance. Alexander earned a BA in political science from University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg and Sciences Po. His research interests include international relations and security policy. He was a Mercatus Center Frédéric Bastiat fellows during the 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 academic years.
