Alex Feurer

MA Fellow

Alex Feurer is a second year MA student in the Department of Economics at George Mason University. Alex is also an Mercatus Center MA Fellow. Alex graduated from Truman State University with a BS in political science. Previously, he worked as a research assistant on the education development team at the Charles Koch Institute. In the summer of 2018, he interned with the Federal Communications Commission's Office of Strategic Planning & Policy Analysis, where he focused on analyzing the quality of regulatory impact analyses across federal agencies. Alex's research interests include economic history, innovation, and regulatory analysis.
