Adam Gibbons is a PhD student in philosophy at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. His research interests include the design of political institutions, and in particular, issues surrounding the ways in which democratic political arrangements can produce bad outcomes as well as alternative institutional designs which may overcome or mitigate such problems. Adam earned an MA in consciousness and embodiment and a BA in philosophy from University College Dublin.
