Adam Smith Fellow

Adam Burke is a PhD student in anthropology at Texas A&M University. His research interests include raw-material acquisition among Native American groups, specifically lithic raw-materials among Paleoindian hunter-gatherers in northwest Florida. Adam earned an MA in applied archaeology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a BA in history with a concentration in anthropology from Wilkes University. He was a Mercatus Center Adam Smith Fellow during the 2018-2019 academic year.
