Paul Baumgardner

Doctoral Fellow, American Bar Foundation

Paul Baumgardner is a doctoral fellow at the American Bar Foundation and a joint PhD student in in the Department of Politics and the Council of the Humanities at Princeton University. Paul was also a Mercatus Center Adam Smith fellow during the 2013-2014, 2014-2015, and 2016-2017 academic years. His primary research fields are in American political development, legal theory, and American political thought. Paul attended Baylor University, where he graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa in 2012. He has also received a MA in Politics while at Princeton.
