Nolan Gray

City Planner

M. Nolan Gray is a city planner in New York City and a candidate with the American Institute of Certified Planners. In addition to doing professional planning work, he studies land use regulation, housing affordability, and urban planning theory. His writing has been regularly featured in Market Urbanism, Citylab, and Strong Towns. He earned his Master of City and Regional Planning at Rutgers University in 2018. Nolan was a Mercatus Center Frédéric Bastiat fellow.
