Nolan Gray

City Planner, New York City Department of City Planning

Nolan Gray is a city planner at the New York City department of City Planning. He earned a MCRP in city and regional planning from Rutgers University. He earned his BA in philosophy and political science from the University of Kentucky. His research interests focus on urban planning, specifically the intersection between housing costs, economic development, and land-use planning. Nolan was a Mercatus Center Frédéric Bastiat fellow.
