Nolan Gray

Nolan Gray is an MCRP student in city and regional planning at Rutgers University. He earned his BA in philosophy and political science from the University of Kentucky. Nolan spent several years working in marketing and he currently writes for Market Urbanism. His research interests focus on urban planning, specifically the intersection between housing costs, economic development, and land-use planning. Nolan was a Mercatus Center Frédéric Bastiat Fellow during the 2016-2017 academic year.
