Jason Davis

Jason Davis is a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Pennsylvania Christopher H. Browne Center for International Politics. He earned a PhD student in political science from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He previously earned his MA in economics and political science from the University of Michigan along with an additional MA in political science and an HBA in economics and political science from the University of Toronto. Jason’s research interests include development and international trade, with his main dissertation project focusing on how levels of fiscal capacity can affect a government’s incentives to implement efficient economic policy. Jason was a Mercatus Frédéric Bastiat fellow and a Mercatus Visiting Dissertation fellow.
