Fred E. Foldvary

Fred Foldvary is a lecturer of economics at San Jose State University. He received his PhD in economics from George Mason University and was a Mercatus PhD Fellow. Fred's research interests are public finance, real estate economics, and social ethics. Foldvary is known for his research on community associations, for his work on the effects of technology, and for anticipating the recession of 2008 in his 1997 article on the business cycle.
