PhD Fellow

Ennio is a PhD candidate in the Department of Economics at George Mason University. He has an undergraduate degree in history from the University of Siena and an MA in Political Economy from King’s College London. His research interests are in political economy, public choice theory, the economics of institutions, and economic history. His work has been published in such academic outlets as Public ChoiceRationality & Society, the International Review of Law and Economics, the Oxford Handbook of Public Choice, and Cambridge University Press. His first book, co-authored with Ilia Murtazashvili, is The political economy of fracking, forthcoming by Routledge.
