Diego Aycinena

Diego Aycinena is an associate professor of economics at Universidad del Rosario in Colombia. Previously, he was an Assistant Professor at the Facultad de Ciencias Económicas at Universidad Francisco Marroquín in Guatemala, Director of the Centro Vernon Smith de Economía Experimental, and a Senior Economist at Arlington Economics. Dr. Aycinena earned his Ph.D. in economics from George Mason University in 2007. While at George Mason, he was a Social Change Fellow with the Mercatus Center. He earned a B.A. in business and finance from Universidad Francisco Marroquín in 1999. Dr. Aycinena has served as a consultant for a variety of places, including the World Bank.
