David Herok

PhD Student, University of Leipzig

David Herok is a PhD student in economics at the University of Leipzig. His main research interests are international financial institutions and political economy. Specifically, he is interested in the effects of financial regulation on competition and redistribution. Prior to pursuing a PhD, he completed an MS in economics and a BS in economics and management science at the University of Leipzig. David was a Mercatus Center Adam Smith fellow during the 2016-2017 and 2017-2018 academic years.
