Colin Harris

Colin Harris is the Tomson Family Assistant Professor of Law and Economics at St. Olaf College. He was a Mercatus PhD Fellow and graduated with a PhD from the Department of Economics at George Mason University in 2018. His dissertation was titled, "Three Essays on Property Rights, Enforcement, and Circumvention." Colin graduated from Florida State University with a BS in economics and philosophy in 2012. His research interests include comparative institutional analysis and Austrian economics.
