Anthony DeMattee

Anthony DeMattee is a joint PhD student in public policy with the schools of public and environmental affairs and the department of political science at Indiana University-Bloomington and a Mercatus Visiting Dissertation Fellow for the 2018-2019 academic year. His research interests include the attitudes and incentives that shape information sharing by international nongovernmental organizations with application to collaborative governance and international development. Prior to enrolling in his PhD program, Anthony was an international nonprofit consultant and engaged with a variety of organizations such as the Clinton Foundation, UNICEF, the World Food Programme in Haiti, and the Department of Defense in Afghanistan. He earned his MBA in business administration from Northwestern University and his BA in business administration from Illinois Wesleyan University. Anthony was also a Mercatus Adam Smith fellow for the 2015-2016 academic year and a Mercatus Center Frédéric Bastiat fellow.
