In the past, Mercatus MA Fellows completed solo-authored research project, known as the Mercatus Graduate Policy Essay (MGPE), in their second year of the program. Essays can be found in the Mercatus Graduate Policy Essay Archive. MA Fellows are encouraged to conduct policy research and co-author policy papers with Mercatus scholars and take classes that facilitate policy-relevant and academic research.
